For Patient use - Probact Amies Clear medium in tube, includes Polystyrene shaft/Polyester tip swab in peel pouch (M40 compliant)

Recommended For:
Clinically significant samples, but can be used to transport most fastidious & non-fastidious Micro-organisms.

Ideal For:
24 hour transport of microbiological samples (including clinical), for fastidious, non-fastidious, aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms including:

Pseudomonas spp., Streptococcus spp., Haemophilus spp., Bacteroides spp., Peptostreptococcus spp., Fusobacterium spp., Propionibacterium spp., Prevotella spp., Neisseria spp., anaerobes, microaerophilics.

Known Limitations:
1. DO NOT REUSE. Single use Device that is not suitable for re-work or reuse.

2. Recovery after 24 hours will be unpredictable and target organisms will be lost.
