Recommended For: environmental monitoring where no chemical residue neutralisation is necessary or Meat Carcass sampling when testing for Salmonella spp. Conforming to EC Commision 2073/2005 on foodstuffs & compliant with ISO 17604:2015, ISO 6887:2017 alongside ISO 18593:2018 Ideal For: carcass sampling when testing for Salmonella spp. and other organisms from awkward spaces including: TVC, Listeria spp., Staphylococci, Enterobacteriaceae eg Salmonella, E.coli (E coli / ecoli / e. coli), Enterobacter, staphylococcus, klebsiella, E. coli Enterobacter. Precaution & Limitations: 1.This product does not neutralise or contain neutralisers. If neutralising is required, see TS/15-SH. 2. The product has been designed to withstand typical conditions; however, excessively abrasive surfaces or insertion into confined areas may result in partial or full failure or detachment of the sponge. Exercise care. 3. Some Fastidious organisms may struggle/fail to recover without extra supplement from the carcass/external sources.
