Recommended For:
Meat Carcass sampling when testing for Salmonella spp. Conforming to EC Commision 2073/2005 on foodstuffs & compliant with ISO 17604:2015, ISO 6887:2017 alongside ISO 18593:2018

Ideal For:
Carcass sponge sampling when testing for the following:

TVC, Listeria spp., Staphylococci, Enterobacteriaceae eg Salmonella, E.coli (E coli / ecoli / e. coli), Enterobacter, staphylococcus, klebsiella, E. coli Enterobacter.

Known Limitations:
Some Fastidious organisms may struggle/fail to recover without extra supplement from the carcass/external sources.

Shelf Life: 12 months

Sterilisation Method:Gamma Irradiation to achieve a SAL of 10-6
